Role Rotation During the Expedition
Role rotation is a key part of the expedition experience, designed to break fixed workplace patterns and allow everyone to experience different responsibilities in real conditions. During the journey, roles shift dynamically, encouraging adaptability, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of team interaction.
